Wordpress Menus

Hi guys!

I’m a web designer/developer in learning process and I don’t have many skills at php and javascript .

I’ve created a CSS3 Mega Menu for sale on Codecanyon and I want to create a wordpress plugin version of this menu.

I want to ask for your advice and help for the better way to do it. What you recommend to learn first and start, is there any good tutorials you know that will help me creating this?
