WordPress Gallery Share and comments?

I was interested in adding some comments and share buttons to my gallery alot like they have done on this website http://www.premierlife.ca/gallery/cabin-fever-wednesdays-jbrs-11-02-11/ if you click on one of the thumbs nails you will see what i mean. Thanks alot.
