Will this item will be useful?

Hello, So basically I’m thinking of creating like Note CMS , where people won’t have to buy program and intsall it on pc, but they could just download this cms install it on any hosting and get in and write notes (the notes, which you are printing out, and giving your clients, if they buy something from you), fill everything up, add/delete products/items from database and then convert it to .pdf format, and you are able to print it out.

Hope you understand what I mean. Will there be any use of this script, and how do you think, will CC accept it if I make it good?
