Website Improvement questionnaire

So, I decided to take the 5 minute questionnaire to help CC in improving the website. Down the line I get a message: “This question requires an answer”, and I am unable to proceed with the questionnaire.

Nowhere is there a field to provide any answer and the questionnaire also do not show which question requires an answer.

I subsequently closed the questionnaire and honestly do not have the strength to do it again.

I am using Google Chrome’s latest browser, so I do not know if this is a browser issue.

I would recommend that you look at the issues or ask some of the great developers on board here to develop a proper working script.
