Want to hire someone for custom navigable banner

I’m looking for someone who could design a navigable banner like the one at Symantec.com I would like it to be able to use swf files as well as static images. I want to be able to update through an xml file.

It supports images and swf with configurable features thru xml.

Right now it doesn’t do the banner rotation but I can modify it for you. Contact me thru my profile if you’re interested in the customizations.
