I don’t know what I pressed or clicked but something’s wrong with Photoshop. No matter what tool I select, Photoshop uses the ‘Hand’ tool. Like other tools are selected, and the different menus come up for them, but when I try to do something on my canvas it just moves the page around with the hand tool.
What the hell do I do!? I tried restarting. Didn’t work. Please help.

yes, that’ll work, I’ve encountered this before and I didn’t know what to do until I got mad and hit down on the keyboard and desk and my hands hit the spacebar and it worked again
