I have seen many websites are having support with a live chat system. It would be a plus point if Envato could make this kind of support. I would say if it is not avaible for 24 hours and just available for some few hours then also it would be great. Might be a headache but can just give a try.

I don’t think than that sort of system is suitable for the envato marketplaces. They receive too many support requests anyhow, and their response time is pretty good for support tickets.-1
