Support Center

Hi all,

I`m searching for a support center for my website.

Something, that includes a knowledgebase, a ticket system and a support chat.

Is somethin g like that out there?

I don’t know about chat, there will almost certainly be a module for it if it’s not a built-in feature, but WHMCS is pretty awesome. May be a bit pricey for what you want to use it for though.

Support press is a good solution for a support center, I don’t think they have a support chat indeed. But you have 3 choice for that, you can subscribe to a system like Zopim and pay a monthly fee, (it’s a one on one live chat) or you can go with a script that connect to IRC and have a channel with everyone on it. Or finaly create a self hosted chat (not very a good idea)
