Something is definitely Wrong

So, I get an email to say that someone deposited $14 into my codecanyon account. I then get another email to say someone has brought something on my account. I have an extremely strong password for both codecanyon and paypal, so i find this strange. I contact support and apparently the purchased file has been downloaded once.

I havent been on codecanyon for about 5 days now, so it defiantly wasn’t me. It doesn’t appear that my code canyon was hacked, and paypal confirms that my paypal account hasnt been logged in for 7 days. Furthermore, no money was taken out my paypal account.

Seeing as only my paypal can add funds to this account, and that has been ruled out, it sounds like a glitch of some kind?

Any insight? I opened a ticket but didnt really get much in the way of help.

Try to see if the support staff can give you an IP log of your logins here at Code Canyon for the last 5 days.

Then get the IP Addresses that you use to log into Code Canyon. You should be able to narrow it down from there.

Could be possible that you log into Code Canyon on multiple places and forgot to log out?

The point is that no money has been taken from my account. So effectively, I didn’t order, I didnt pay money for it, and I didnt download it. It seems like more some kind of glitch with the market place than an “attack” on my account, seeing as it says I have paid and I haven’t.

Number 81375. Although at the time, I didnt realise funds hadnt actually been taken out of my paypal or envato account.
