Simple video CMS

What would it cost to make a very simple video CMS ?

- It needs to have categories and sub-categories. - Have JW Player support - Needs to have “add video via url” and “add thumbnail via url”

And if your in a good mood:

- comments - and rating

This is more of a question than a Request. I’m going too use this for some of my raw-footage that people can have a look at.

I understand. And i REALLY understand that it’s a lot of work. But this is totaly for hobby. And I can’t afford it. I bought a cheap CMS script at basic09.com. It’s almost what I wanted, but it does not support some of the stuff I need.

Your best bet is Drupal for this kind of thing. It’s a bit advanced at first glance – but it’s definitely what you need.
