Hello,

A few days ago I uploaded a clean e-mail template which, as expected, got rejected. Once again i did not receive any information as of why, so I would really appreciate some review here.

One of the standard reasons i got was it is ‘design not unique enough’. I accepted this in the first place, thats why i’m posting right now for review and not before.

But what kind of got me real mad today is to see that today a ‘really simple’ template from a well known user has been accepted. This new template is honestly pretty similar to my template (in quality meassure), except that it is not an inline style html e-mail template, but a mobile site template.

It makes me wonder if quality excuse is just a way of keeping us new users away from the marketplace, or that if users with many sales just get accepted their items without going under the same eye as the rest of us.

Kind Regards,

B.Q.

I think yours was rejected because it is an email template. If you look at the Mobile category there are only about 30 items, compared to the email category which has about 150. This means that the quality standard for email templates is higher than the Mobile category.

The reviewers need to keep raising the benchmark as higher quality designs are submitted and your email template probably does not meet that at the moment. Why don’t you send a support ticket and get some more feedback directly from the reviewer?
