I was uploading via FTP and my internet cut out, then, when it came back on, the FTP resumed, without giving me any failure message or what not.
Is this ok, will my file be fine or will it need reuploading?
I’m using Filezilla if that makes a difference
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
I don’t think so. I am using filezilla for a long time. I never faced such problem.
Download the file you uploaded and make sure it isn’t corrupt

You can partial upload files with FTP . Many FTP Clients (like Filezilla) can handle partial file uploads and continue if the upload was interrupted.

I would upload it again, we never know… some packet can get lost during the cut out. I’m not 100% sure though
