This is the second time I have purchased a plugin from Code canyon & both time the downloads have failed. I have just purchased Fancy Countdown. Three times I have downloaded it, three times it has failed to instal with the warning No Valid Plugins Were Found..the same thing happened last week, when I purchased another plugin which the developer kindly had to sort out for me. You mention on your download page to instal WinAce, which I have also tried and still encounter the same problem. Can I either have the file resent in a correct format, or my money back pls.
