Pop Up Add Code wanted

Hello, I’m looking for the code where when you come to a web page, sometimes they have an ad that opens up on the page, ‘over-top’ of all the other content on the page. You then have to close the ad/banner in order to view the contents on the page. Sometimes AOL will do this. Does anyone know how to do this? Hopefully there’s a vendor on here who already has the code posted.

Thanks SportTipsWorld – this is along the lines of what I have in mind – but just looking to display an ad/banner of some kind (that I’ll design or purchase from graphicriver). Appreciate your help!!

In the old days these were called Interstitial ads, perhaps someone has made this.
