Please Help

Hello,

This is a message to anyone in staff. Our new file’s preview displays an Envato error page:

and I can not edit the description either to add an external preview. This is the message I receive:

Please review the following issues that occurred

• Compiled Preview is required

I would like to add this message to the top of the description:

Please be advised that my personal server is not equiped to handle heavy traffic.  So if the file has trouble loading, please no that there's nothing wrong with the file as we've tested it extensively.

Not being able to edit the description and provide a link to a working preview is what’s concerning. So I was just hoping maybe if a staff member was browsing the forums they could check it out
