I am also missed to make a withdrawal by assuming that is processed automatically every month. I am relying on this money to pay my monthly bills
Contacted support and waiting for their answer.

So I guess its somehow impossible to do. I dont get it!! Now I have to figure out how to come up with the money some other way

They had to get quite a good amount of emails on this to where they had to get a blog set up for this… Its kind of like, hey I know youre not going to be able to pay bills this month and get into a lot of trouble, but heres a blog with the info you just learned…

you guys had a whole month to double check if it was going to auto cash or not… can’t really blame FD for that.
