Sorry to the flashden user who I won’t name who had asked me about search engine optimisation…
I sent him a Google meta tag to verify his site, without thinking it through… silly me.
So what does that even mean? Well I thought I’d make my goof public, because it is actually a pretty cool thing. Not cool because I tried to do someone a favour and accidentally told Google I was a site admin… lol, but cool because of this!

Sorry again Mr.X for sending you the tag to verify me rather than you, it was so quick I didn’t realise – if you haven’t done it yet, you can easily just do what I did logged in as yourself lol
For anyone who hasn’t used them yet – Google webmaster tools are purely for reporting, they don’t control anything – they just help you see what does and doesn’t work right.
