Olark.com style WordPress modal contact form?

Is there any modal contact form plugin for WordPress that acts just like the the live chat box from Olark.com? That is a tag-like link dynamically appears from the bottom of the page as soon as the page finishes rendering.

It’s pretty good but it’s more geared towards feedback. I think users are much more likely to click and submit a contact with the Olark style.

Any idea?

Yes I am looking for this too! I tried the usernoise free version out on my website however it did not let me edit the form fields.

I’m looking for ideas so I might be able to come up with something.

Were you just looking for something like the ‘Send us a message’ black box at the bottom of the page? When clicked it shows a contact form?

If you keep them always offline, yeah I think that might work! Won’t stop me from making a contact-form only one
