Need Someone to Design a 3D World in OpenGL

Hi, Is there anyone who works with OPENGL ? I need someone design a 3d word like FARID , ill tell later what WORD I WANT . no matter what language u use , C++ is better but i need it make by VERTEXES or SHAPES and looks like 3d also the word has rotation. if anyone can help email me please “ferreroir@yahoo.com” if its cost for me let me know how much.
