Need SEO specialist $$$

IS there anyone here who is confident and specialised in SEO ? I’m responsible for the site of the company I work for, in different Google points eg. Google.it / Google.de etc etc it’s always in english wheras out competitor sites are in the right languages.

The way our site has been set up the configuration is wrong – is there someone who has experienced and specialized in this area – if so please contact me so I can mail you more specific the problem with my site
