Need Developer for jQuery Image Crop & Upload Project

I have a client who needs to improve their UX when a customer is adding an item to their shopping cart. My client requires that the customer uploads one or more images, which will ultimately be printed on their product. The issue with the current system is that it doesn’t give the user the ability to crop the images to their correct shape and size before uploading it. This results in my client having to send each customer a proof and wait for their reply before proceeding, which is a major inefficiency. Here’s the request I got from my client:

“Ideally I’d like them to pick their frame option then when they upload they will get a preview that includes their image which can be moved around and sized behind the frame they choose. (kind of like Instagram) Once they decide how they want it to look and hit accept, it uploads the image to me in the back end of the cart, already framed and cropped (in the correct dimensions) so that I can just pull the image out of the back end and place it onto my layout for printing.”

I would like this to be completed without using Flash. Jcrop (http://deepliquid.com/content/Jcrop.html) or a similar script would be great. Currently Ecwid is the eCommerce platform the website is using. This shouldn’t be to hard. Just let people crop it using jQuery and then upload the cropped image using PHP . If you need help with this you can contact me trough my user page or my website.
