Need a good freelancer - HTML/CSS/PHP

Hi guys, I need an individual who really is confident and smooth with latest HTML / CSS / PHP

These are the main languages.

I have projects for the company I work with where I’m the Internet Manager and I also have my own side projects.

I’m a designer, I need someone strong in coding.

I don’t want to use “agency’s” or “guy’s who work in teams” = I always prefer and have more success when I talk directly to 1 guy who knows everything himself and does it himself.

Doesn’t mean I’m just looking for 1 guy – I can do with 2 or 3 especially with you being in Oz and furthermore, I’m 1 guy in my office – I have a lot of work, I can’t reply to you as you want.

Surprised by that message dude – thought we exchanged some decent emails. Just because you put a proposal forward to me for what I wanted, doesn’t mean that we had a handshake and it was accepted.

Ok, but when you exchange umpteen indepth emails, detailed lengthy and with urgency, make partial agreements…then nothing for ten days …then post virtually exact questions again,then a quick look at your started threads the penny drops and you think hmppphhh . Leave it with you.

As with everyone, we dont like being taken advantage of..watch this space i guess.

Bro by responding/and sending emails back and forth it is YOU selling your service because I am your potential client.

You have to show initiative and willingness by sending detailed emails and links to work – otherwise how do I know if you are real? You should know that – I’m really surprised by your responses above, it’s like you now your saying you made a special effort to try to get my business but just because I didn’t respond in 3 days or something your “angry” ... Patience is a virtue, especially in business.
