I hope this is the right location for this question.

I’m searching for a great municipality business theme (or plugin), for preferably Wordpress. The majority of themes and plugins I’ve found aren’t extended enough. Or perhaps there’s more than one way to do it.

What I’m searching for is a way/theme/plugin to structure the following directory index: municipality name -> city/village name (category?) -> business category (like bars, super market, real estate) -> businesses in that category

Business categories can fit in more than one city/village (more than one city in a municipality has a super market or bar) and businesses can do business in more than one city, so they need to be able to be presented in more than one city/village. Some businesses need to be “featured”. I prefer searchable pages for this, so business can also have a blog-post.

Does anyone know of such a theme or plugin (or any other way)?
