Magento Plugin Quote

The customization I need is this:

In the item description I want to be able to add items details like RAM , HDD, CPU cores count (all numerical values) The numbers must be displayed like this:

In items compate these values must be displayed like this:

So far I just want to know the price for this plugin. I will need it after + – a month.
