Hi,
I saw some code a while ago that puts a pointed box on a web page that tells people what they can do and when they click next on it it moves to another section of web page with tip 2 etc etc (like with new wordpress installation or yoast seo plugin on wp). I know it exists but cant find it. Can someone help me out?
