Looking for a very simple instant win script/php.

Heres the breakdown:

There a number of prizes and each have a predetermined win time. When a user clicks a button, if its the time (or the first to click after the time passes) redirects to a Win page, else go’s to consalation prize page. The prize is then removed from the list and the next prize/time comes into play.
