Login page

Hello there i’m looking for something here to help me achieve a login page for my visitors ; i need to know how to add a registyration page to my wordpress blog so the users could register their information into my website ! here is what i need on it : 1* save that information into my database . 2* when clicking on the register button, it will be redirected to other page than the wp-admin page !(a custom page) 3* when registration is finished the user name will appear in the top of the page .. 4* some jquery or ajax effect are preferable !!(slide down when click or something) 5* no special permission for them !! i just want to save their information into my database for further uses !

when you click on the ”+” buttton the form comes down like a charm ! but only in the registration area i need more fields to fill ! like 10 fields !! Thank You
