I need help with this module

This module is outdated and it seems like the developer has abandoned this module so there’s no support at all.
I tried it on my site but it doesn’t work and this is like the only time zone module available for Joomla 2.5
So i’m looking for someone who can make this module work on my site (which I believe a javascript/jquery conflict? I’m not quite sure though) I did try using the jQuery noconflict plugins for Joomla but it doesn’t help at all) I’m willing to pay for a reasonable price.
