Javascript/Jquery photo annotator

Hi Guys

Im looking for a javascript/jquery photo annotator. The product needs to have a circle tool, arrow tool, rectangle tool and symbols (! and ?), have an eraser function, automatic sequential notation of the elements added to the photo and an ability to view photo without the annotated layer.

Any ideas on where I might find something like this or somebody who could build this for me?

I have worked on a slightly similar script. The main issue is in supporting old browsers (IE7 and IE8 ). If you are not looking to support them, then shout me an email. We can work something together
