Yeah, costs sales of author, not Envato. A missing sale for author X may be ok as long as the buyer clicks purchase button of a random author Y. This is what keeps Envato investing least possible intelligence on the entire item description, comments and everything that connects author and buyer.
It is about “more items by” section missing to show at least one item on all the item pages of each author. Not a loss for Envato but the feature doesn’t help much to the author, especially new authors with less than 7 items (also one thumb showing the same item). Difficult to understand though for a casual reader. That’s why I called it micro glitch
