Is this allowed at FD?

I have emailed the staff, but with no answer back.

I got an email from someone at FD saying that a person is using one of my audio files to promote his own item / product. Is that allowed?

I have not gotten any emails asking for permisson to do this, so i just asume he bought the file and added it to the item.

Can any admin look into this further? (if it’s not allowed ofcourse) Don’t want to point anybody out so i can send all the info via email.

I’m not sure if the audio file is included in the purchase of his item or not, Nor if the url to the audio is visible for anybody to download for free.

Well, This person is selling a flash webpage template with a built in mp3 player with one of my songs in it. I just want to know if my song is included in the sale, as it is in the preview.

It should be easy enough for any admin to check out the file and see if my tune is in there.
