Is creating an Chrome/ Firefox extension allowed?

I’m developing an extension for Google Chrome & Firefox that buyers can create a custom button beside the “Like” button in Facebook. It will be used as a “private network” inside Facebook.

Can I create an item like this? Will this kind of item be accepted?
