Alright, so I’ve been selling my items since December, and I have been seeing pretty steady sales, maybe 2-3 day on a good week. That has given me 15 sales, 35 sales, and 39 sales from December through February. Now, the 14th of March, I have had 4 sales. I don’t understand the sudden drop.. Is it time for me to release a new item? I thought the decreases would be more gradual than this…

Laith, you’ve noticed this too? I wonder what’s going on.. But again I suppose I may just need to release a new file.

I’ve been seeing the same trend. I have 2 items in the queue for review now so hopefully that will help. I haven’t had a single sale all month.

I also noticed a small decrease in my sales but that’s the way it goes. Sometimes you sell more, somtimes less. Just create some more files. The more files you have, the steadier your sales will be :).

yes, definitely I think that new items push the sales of all your items. I would suggest that.

I too have noticed declining sales in March which I thought was due to the competition. This is the first time I’ve entered a competition but my observation suggests to not enter another one as during competitions marketplace is flooded with all sorts of files which subsequently disrupts the natural picking in sale for every item submitted.

I could and like to be wrong. What does everyone else think?

Hey, guys. Things always go up and down. At least according to my sales graph, we’re breaking sales records this month. :)
