incorporating Xcode projects into my existing project

I purchased two Xcode projects but don’t know how to incorporate them into my existing project.

For example: http://codecanyon.net/item/weather-forecast/247436 In my iPhone app, I currently have a row of icons at the bottom of the page, one leads to a weather report (currently a wunderground web page), but I would like it to point to the weather forecast code that I purchased. The author’s not responding and although he said in a previous reply that there was a video tutorial, I can’t find it.
