I think you can as “your live preview is in another host”. However if image author ask from your hosting provider you’ll have to remove it or otherwise they may suspend your hosting account.

How about if i using the photo that capture by myself? without the building or human. Just only waterfall and forest. It’s ok ? If ok then how i need to let the reviewer know those photo capture by my own? Will they believe?

I use only images taken by me with very rare exceptions to this rule. I simply put a note when I submit that the images are taken by me and I have the raw files to prove it. I don’t think TF need an actual proof, they will do so only if someone report a copyright violation. So keep your source files close:-)
