Idea to rate freelance jobs

we need a way to rate users who are freelancers. almost here are very nice, but others…

I want to propose an idea for envato and freelancers:

1 – envato must establish a rate/hour. 2 – you post your work on forums of special area. 3 – envato makes an estimate of hours (very important, envato will be neutral) 4 – if some freelancer takes the job, the post will be closed. 5 – payment must be through envato (earnings to envato too). 6 – now you can rate your favorite coder / designer etc.

I think is a good idea (must be polished), freelancer avoid miss understandings and user feels safe.

As for the ideas themselves, to have envato set pay rates and timeframe for each project is a bad idea in my eyes.

Every freelancer has their own rates / project costs.

That’s something that will never happen

Well, thinking as freelancer… just as says tutelages, every freelancer has their own rate, but if, envato just make an time approximate?
