Not sure what your asking there, but the approval flow can take up to 7 days, can be less or can be more. I have 1 theme for sale here and it took back then about 3 days for approval.

From what I’ve read in the past, because I’m a Code Canyon author and not a Theme Forest author, is that you should allow 7 days, but it is very likely that it will take less time than that.

+1, yeah don’t use the translation tool while making documents, get help from English speaking friends. But the biggest problem is answering buyer questions while making sales.
