I was just thinking, that I have never seen a negative comment/or constructive comment on an items comments, and I was thinking why? Why do you think? Would you ever leave a negative/constructive comment?

on graphicriver 90% of comments and compliments and 10% bad and useless comments.
on themeforest 50% of the comments are compliments, 25% requests, 10% bad/useless comments, 10% constructive comments.
anyway +1 for positive/constructive comments. -2 for bad/useless comments.

It would be better to contact the author personally in these cases. Because the comment is one of the factor that affects the sales of an item, in my opinion.

I agree with this, although I live resigned to the 4 stars
