game tournament result script/app

i host game tournaments in my store and im looking for smoething that i can insert all contestant and then insert the winner and it gives results..something like a bracket system. so you have say 50 contestant and 25 of those win. so you insert the winners and the brackets get smaller and slammer. something visually appealing since ill be running this on a huge screen people can see. can this be done?
