Flash Videos of Presenters on as a demo on another site

I would like to be able to add this sort of demo :

I am an actor and want people to be able to put me on there website as a demo.

How much would it cost to write all the bits and bobs of code I need to implement this on my own website www.marcbradley.co.uk
