File Uploader

I have been looking for a File Uploader. I want to set up a page that can send and receive large file uploads and preferably with a progress bar. Files may be up to 500 mb. Mostly 200 to 300…Is there a code for this. I searched through code canyon but couldn’t seem to find one that had this description.
