is there any fees for applying Payoneer Card or minimum earning balance

Then why is not working in INDIA ,

I believe I read on the site there is a $9 activation fee taken from the first transfer to the card. There’s also something like a $2 fee for every transfer to it I think?

I am expecting to earn as TF author and currently my balance is $ 0. Should i signup for Payoneer and start ordering card

Then why is not working in INDIA ,

Due to New RBI Gudelines.. Now even PayPal have changed their policy in India & allow us to only receive upto $500. Very frustrating…

I guess if you can’t receive Paypal it’s the next best thing Don’t think it costs anything to actually order the card, just to activate it with the first balance transfer

My Current Ballance is $0 but i activate the card and maybe they will deduct amount when deposit my earnings in future.
