Really what’s going on with support? It’s really frustrating to use forum as a reminder.
I haven’t received any reply for support ticket #245318, five days gone.

It’s pretty well known that Envato support response times are rather lack luster. At least they’re always hiring more support personal

Are support tickets automatically closed after a period of inactivity? I’ve had a ticket sitting in there for just shy of 2 months. Got a “we’re looking into it” response a month ago, and just looked again today to find out it’s been closed.
