HI Guys, Im looking for a contact form with up to six drop down boxes each of which is populated depending on the previous drop down, I would also like to email different people depending on which option is selected in the second drop down.
so for example:
dropdown1: site problem | server problem
(‘site problem’ is selected)
dropdown2: site is showning 404 page | site is loading slow
(‘site is showning 404 page’ is selected) email goes to 404@example.com
dropdown3: is this on the homepage | bla bla bla
Any help would be great!
