Hey! I’m on a project for a community centre that have requested the functionality for their users to logon to the wordpress site we created and log their miles every week, and then display their data in a graph of some sort, I know a developer could build me this quick but to avoid the extra cost I wondered if there was already a plugin for wordpress I could use that would make this easy.

never write the word “for” or “to” in a google search 
But I agree with sporttipsworld, chances are slim at best that this plugin exists and has what you need.

You should use one of the above plugins to display the charts and use something like http://codecanyon.net/item/php-login-user-management/49008 for the user system. I hope this helps.
