I got this to work on a client site, but he is not happy, as this doesnt work on IE and got many bugs.
Can anyone tell me, if there is any similar plugin out there on CodeCanyon, so I can buy it and implement ?

I was referring to the scroll engine.
Sticking to the bottom has to do with css positioning, which should be less of a problem.
