There was one time I saw on Facebook a promotion for a Polish club, and they used my flyer, that was insane….. Poland..

I have seen a few of my web banners on some small sites, and then I also have seen some of my freebies used 
But nothing major. I think if you check Envato Notes they have a few posts about videohive and audiojungle authors who were used by major companies like Porsche and The History Channel. That is cool!
