Could someone clarify the rules a little?

Hi there everyone,

Have been reading things all night, however I’m still not too clear on few things, if someone could explain /clarify I’d be very thankful!

1. Lets say I’m making a theme and I was to add video player to it, what sort of video players I can use that are out there? or none at all? E.g. google audio player? or?

2. If i release a theme, can I release it as a PSD or theme for a different system as well? as that would be ‘re-using’ and not sure if that’s allowed?

Best to check with the video player creators if they will let you use it in your theme. Some have special licences for commercial work (ie: you have to pay).
