Copyright or not?

Hello guys, I want to upload my first file for videohive and I dont know if I get a copyright problem or not. I used for my animation the greyscalegorilla city kit to create a city in cinema 4d. I bought this files from GSG and I dont want to share them, I just rendered my animation, that I have created by my self, out and use it as a kinda background for my after effects template. So nothing with cinema 4d.

You’d need to read the licence for GSG ’s city kit. It seems like a legitimate use to me, as long as you’re not distributing what GSG is selling… i.e. the C4D files, but it should all be there in the licence.

If you render out the city you generated as a quicktime background then its fine. You just cant upload any part of the lib4d file. (library file)
