coming soon page creator with admin dashboard

I am thinking of creating a coming soon page creator with admin dashboard where admins can see the subscribers list, and send emails and also install some plugins like counter and latest tweets. Also there will be a graph with the number of subscribers . Is this something that people need?

Possibly if it is coded well.

May have to be a PHP app though, in order to get that functionality.
